KOTA KINABALU, Nov 1 2022 — MASwings has offered fare promotion in the ‘Jom Balik Undi’ campaign in conjunction with the coming 15th General Election (GE15) especially for Sabah and Sarawak voters to come home to vote on Nov 19.
Chief operating officer of MASwings Captain Nasaruddin A. Bakar said the promotion price starts from RM135 for one-way all-in fares open for booking from today to Nov 30 and is also good for travel up to Dec 31.
He said there will be an increase from 21 times weekly to 28 times weekly flights for Miri-Labuan, Miri-Sibu, Kota Kinabalu-Lahad Datu and Kota Kinabalu-Labuan from Nov 18 until 21.
“For Kuching-Limbang flights, MASwings’ current operations on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays will be increased to two times daily on Now 18 and 20,” he said in a statement today.
Nasaruddin said MASwings will also mount additional flights to accommodate the surge in demand expected for several routes within Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan Federal Territory.
According to him, being the pulse of Borneo, MASwings is committed to providing safe and reliable air transport to support and accommodate the coming GE15 movement and urge local voters to travel back to their hometown enabling them to fulfil their rights as Malaysian citizens.
“We encourage all voters and customers to book early to avoid disappointment and missing the deals on MASwings,” he added.
